The background
A company building in Yaoundé had a website in English only: its French addresses answered, but served the very same English pages, byte for byte. The clients it speaks to write in French. The delivered site is genuinely bilingual, separates the five trades instead of stacking them, and replaces the contact form with five questions whose answers reach WhatsApp already written.
